FAQ
Questions people ask
Do participants need an account?
No. They open the link (or enter the Meeting ID and passcode), type their name, and wait for the host to let them in. Only tutors and administrators have accounts.
Which browsers work?
Current Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari on computers, Android and iPhone. Screen sharing and recording work best in Chrome or Edge on a computer.
How many people can join?
It is designed for classes and meetings of about 10 to 30 people with video. Larger groups work best with most cameras off.
Can I record a session?
Yes. The host chooses Record to this computer; the video saves to their Downloads folder when they stop. Everyone sees a REC badge while recording.
Can a client show their screen?
Yes. They click Ask to share and you approve it, or you switch on Everyone can share screen.
I forgot my password.
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. We email you a 6-digit code to set a new one.
